What it is
The HOCATT is a full-body steam sauna cabinet that layers several wellness technologies into a single session. You sit comfortably inside with your head outside the cabin, breathing fresh air the entire time, while warm steam and far-infrared heat surround your body.
What's inside a session
- Steam and far-infrared heat raise your body temperature gently, like a deep sauna.
- Transdermal ozone and carbonic acid are delivered to the skin inside the cabin. Your head stays outside, so ozone is never breathed in.
- Pure oxygen is available to breathe during the session.
- PEMF and microcurrent add gentle electromagnetic and microcurrent stimulation (microcurrent through foot pads).
- Color light and essential oils set a calm, restorative atmosphere.
Your 45-minute session
- 1. Check in and a short review of your screening form.
- 2. Change in a private room into a towel or wrap.
- 3. Settle into the HOCATT. Your guide sets the heat to your comfort.
- 4. Relax for about 30 minutes. Say the word and we'll adjust or stop.
- 5. Cool down, hydrate and change.
How to prepare
