The application
The application asks for:
- Full name, email and phone number
- Instagram / TikTok / social handle(s)
- Role or background: influencer, gym owner, personal trainer, coach, wellness practitioner or other
- Whether you are willing to post content regularly
- How many clients you work with
- Whether you currently work with wellness or fitness brands, and if so, who
- Whether you use red light therapy, cold plunge or sauna personally
- What makes you a good fit as a brand ambassador
- Are you local to Lake Forest or nearby?
- Preferred method of collaboration: in-person referrals, social media promotion, discount/referral code, or hosting local workshops/events
*Free unlimited sessions are granted only after five (5) referred members have completed their first paid session. Program terms, eligibility, and benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the Longevity Center.
